- 3 pounds jumbo chicken wings, tips attached
- 2 tablespoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup gourmet style BBQ sauce
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium (about 350 degrees F).
- Place wings in a large bowl and toss with Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) Seasoning Blend to evenly coat.
- To prepare the sauce, in a large bowl whisk honey, cilantro, orange juice, Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) Seasoning Blend, gourmet style BBQ sauce and hot sauce. Mix well to combine. Set aside for basting.
- Grill wings for 10 to 12 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until fully cooked, golden brown and crisp, basting liberally with reserved basting sauce during the last quarter of grilling.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with extra basting sauce and goat cheese dip.
