- 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 tablespoon dried parsley
- 4 tablespoons butter, sliced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place potatoes in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and parsley. Lay butter slices on top of potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully turn potatoes and bake 20 minutes more.
