- 1 1/3 pounds beef sirloin kabob meat
- 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ Soy Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dry Rosemary Leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dry Thyme Leaves
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 8 whole mushrooms
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
- 4 green onions, trimmed and cut into four pieces
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 (12-inch) skewers
- Heat grill. If necessary, cut larger beef cubes to make 16 cubes. Toss beef together with soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, mustard and thyme.
- Toss remaining vegetables with olive oil in a large bowl.
- For each kabob, alternate, 4 cubes beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 mushrooms, two peppers and 4 pieces onion onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare or to desired degree of doneness.
