Mustard Seed and Rosemary Sirloin Kabobs Recipe

  • 1 1/3 pounds beef sirloin kabob meat
  • 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ Soy Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dry Rosemary Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon whole mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dry Thyme Leaves
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 8 whole mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 green onions, trimmed and cut into four pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 (12-inch) skewers
  1. Heat grill. If necessary, cut larger beef cubes to make 16 cubes. Toss beef together with soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, mustard and thyme.
  2. Toss remaining vegetables with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. For each kabob, alternate, 4 cubes beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 mushrooms, two peppers and 4 pieces onion onto skewers.
  4. Grill kabobs over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare or to desired degree of doneness.
