- 1 (20 ounce) package boneless pork chops center cut
- 4 teaspoons country Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ Pecan Chips
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ Canola Oil
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on one side of each chop. Press 1 tablespoon pecans onto mustard. Turn chops over and repeat coating with mustard and nuts.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
