Mustard-Caper Sauce for Broccoli Recipe

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  1. Put the butter, mustard, and lemon juice into a pan over medium heat.
  2. As the butter melts, whisk all the ingredients together and then add the capers.
  3. Pour the emulsified sauce over cooked broccoli and serve.
