Multigrain Cranberry Pecan Muffins Recipe

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 (7.4 ounce) package honey bran muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (4.4 ounce) container Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add muffin mix, dried cranberries, pecan pieces, and rice mix. Stir in agave and soy milk, mixing well. Spoon mixture into prepared tin.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, or lightly browned.
