Mortons® Vegetable Medley Recipe

  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Morton® Seasoned Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 shredded Idaho Potato
  • 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
  1. Season vegetables with Morton(R) Natures Seasons(R) seasoning blend and Morton(R) Seasoned Salt.
  2. Saute in butter (or margarine)/ oil combination stirring frequently, until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
