- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup soy sauce (175 mL)
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar (45 mL)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (25 mL)
- 1 tbsp dry sherry (15 mL)
- 2 tsp sake (10 mL)
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce (10 mL)
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sherry, sake and chili garlic sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
