- 1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri mix
- 10 fluid ounces BACARDI® Gold Rum
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne or sparkling wine, or more as desired
- Lemon for garnish
- In a blender combine BACARDI(R) Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri mix, Gold Rum, and lemon juice. Blend on high without ice until smooth.
- Pour 3 tbsp. into a flute. Top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
