Mommys Summer Salad Recipe

  • 3 cups rotelle pasta
  • 1/2 pound chopped ham
  • 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1 cup fat-free creamy salad dressing (ie: Fat Free Miracle Whip TM)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, ham, cheese and peas.
  3. Whisk together the ranch dressing and Miracle Whip (TM). Pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
