Moms Cranberry Pie Recipe

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
  1. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Pour filling into pie shell and top with a lattice crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Cool.
