- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (22.5 ounce) box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
- 1/2 cup Betty Crocker stars, confetti or critters decor
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin pan or use Halloween paper cups. Microwave chocolate chips and butter in bowl until melted; stir until smooth.
- Beat eggs and egg yolks in a large bowl until foamy. Reserve chocolate syrup pouch from mix. Beat dry brownie mix into eggs until blended. Stir in melted chocolate mixture. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full with brownie mixture. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon of Halloween decor. Spoon in remaining mixture.
- Bake 11 to 14 minutes, or until edges are set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Centers should be soft. Cool cupcakes in pan for 2 minutes.
- Loosen cupcakes with knife and turn upside down onto tray. Drizzle reserved chocolate syrup over tops. Sprinkle with Halloween decor.
