- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 20ml/žfl oz lime juice
- 50ml/1žfl oz white rum
- 200ml/7fl oz hot water
- Place the mint and brown sugar into the bottom of a tall heatproof glass.
- Add the lime juice and mix (muddle) together with the end of a clean rolling pin or wooden spoon.
- Add the rum, then the hot water and serve.
