- 2 cups red leaf lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
- 1 cup jicama, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts (or pecans), chopped
- Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Toss in the celery, jicama and walnuts.
- Line four salad plates with the red leaf lettuce, then spoon the salad mixture in the center or each plate.
