Mock Sour Cream I Recipe

  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener
  1. Using a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener until smooth. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
