Mocha Frappe Recipe

  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  1. In a measuring cup or bowl, combine the water and espresso powder. Stir to dissolve. Pour into an ice-cube tray. Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid.
  2. In a blender, combine the milk, chocolate syrup, and frozen coffee ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add the ice. Blend until smooth.
