Mocha Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Kava® Coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • Whipped topping
  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, chocolate, dissolved coffee and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
  3. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish with whipped topping and remaining 1/4 cup chips. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
