- 1 1/2 cups creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons Kava® Coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini-chocolate chips
- Whipped topping
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, chocolate, dissolved coffee and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish with whipped topping and remaining 1/4 cup chips. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
