Mixed-Herb Gremolata Recipe

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated lemon peel
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme
  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 day ahead. Chill.
