Mixed Berries Energy Shake Recipe

  • 1 frozen peeled banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, pureed and strained
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 packets Stevia Extract In The Raw®
  • 1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ, divided (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients except wheat germ in blender and process until well blended. Pour and serve.
