- 1 frozen peeled banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, pureed and strained
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 packets Stevia Extract In The Raw®
- 1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ, divided (optional)
- Combine all ingredients except wheat germ in blender and process until well blended. Pour and serve.
