Minted Gin Pineapple Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 cup cracked ice
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 ponies (2 ounces) gin
  • 1 pony (1 ounce) white crème de menthe
  • 1 pony (1 ounce) lemon juice
  • Garnish: sprig of mint
  1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, pineapple, gin, white crème de menthe and lemon juice for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass. Garnish with a spring of mint.
