Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. In large bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND(r), peppermint extract and food coloring (optional); mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Freeze leftovers.
