Mini Bagel Pizzas Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Market Pantry™ plain mini-bagels
  • 24 teaspoons pizza squeeze pizza sauce
  • 24 (1/2) teaspoons refrigerated basil pesto sauce
  • 24 tablespoons Market Pantry™ shredded Italian six-cheese blend cheese
  • 48 slices Market Pantry refrigerated pizza-size pepperoni
  1. Set oven control to broil. Separate bagels and place on large cookie sheets.
  2. Squeeze 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on each half. Dollop 1/2 teaspoon pesto sauce on each bagel half. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese and 2 slices pepperoni.
  3. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
