Mile-High Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach – thawed, drained and chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) containers sour cream
  1. Saute the spinach and artichokes in a skillet until they're softened and warm, about 5 minutes. Mix in the cream cheeses and sour cream. Continue warming, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
