Michigan Chicken Salad Recipe

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ground black pepper to taste
  1. Combine the chicken, celery, onion, and cherries in a bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and poultry seasoning in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and toss to combine. Season with pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
