- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- Coarse salt
- Ice cubes
- 8 bottles Mexican lager
- Combine hot sauce with lime juice in a shallow bowl. Spread coarse salt on a saucer. Dip rim of pint glasses into hot-sauce mixture and then into the salt to lightly coat. Fill each glass with ice cubes. After that it's just a matter of pouring in your favorite Mexican lager, a few squeezes of lime, and as many dashes of hot sauce as you can take.
