Mexican Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

  • 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) box KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions, but use 2% milk and light margarine.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, brown the meat and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder over medium-high heat. Drain off the grease. Stir the beef, corn, and tomato sauce into the prepared macaroni and cheese and heat through.
