Mexican Cooler (Tamarindo) Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate (available at many ethnic markets)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup water
  1. Mix concentrate, sugar, and 1/3 cup of water in a blender until smooth. Blend in remaining 2/3 cup of water.
  2. Serve over ice.
