- Whisk together the eggs, water, seasoning, and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a 7-inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until it begins to solidify. Add the cheese. Fold the omelet; cook for 2 minutes. Top with guacamole.
