- 1 (12 ounce) can water packed tuna, drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 slices Roman Meal Original bread
- Combine tuna, beans, artichokes, pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper in medium bowl.
- Place one lettuce leaf on each slice of toast; top with about 3/4 cup tuna salad each.
