- 1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 1 3/4 cups frozen cubed mango
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
- Purée ginger, mango, yogurt, matcha, vanilla, agave syrup, if using, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender until smooth, then divide between glasses.
