Marzetti®s Asian Slaw Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package classic coleslaw mix
  • 4 cups sliced red cabbage
  • 3 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch green onion, 4-inch section, both green and white parts, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced (with or without the seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • 2/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except peanuts. Add Marzetti Slaw Dressing and toss well. Chill 1 hour and serve. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
