- 1 (16 ounce) package classic coleslaw mix
- 4 cups sliced red cabbage
- 3 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1 bunch green onion, 4-inch section, both green and white parts, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced (with or without the seeds)
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 2/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except peanuts. Add Marzetti Slaw Dressing and toss well. Chill 1 hour and serve. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
