- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1 200g/7oz packet marshmallows
- 200g/7oz chocolate, good quality dark chocolate
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
- Peel and cut the bananas into 2cm/in slices.
- Skewer a marshmallow then add a banana onto the skewers.
- Remove the chocolate from the heat.
- Dip the banana and marshmallow into the chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and put in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
- Serve in a vase standing upright!
