- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chilled mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- Italian cream cheese available at Italian markets and many supermarkets.
