Maple Winter Squash Recipe

  • 1 (12 ounce) package Birds Eye® Cooked Winter Squash, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • Topping:
  • 4 oatmeal cookies, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  1. In a bowl, stir together winter squash, butter, brown sugar and maple extract. Transfer to small (8×8 or smaller) greased baking dish. Toss cookie crumbs with melted butter. Spread the squash mixture into the dish and top with cookie crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
