Maple-Glazed Ham Skillet Recipe

  • 1 cup long grain rice or dried medium noodles
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Pineapple Tidbits In Its Own Juice
  • 1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Green Lima Beans, drained
  • 8 ounces ham or smoked turkey, cut into bite-size strips, cooked
  1. Cook rice or noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. Stir together reserved pineapple juice, maple syrup and cornstarch in large skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  3. Stir in beans, ham and pineapple. Heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
