- 1 cup long grain rice or dried medium noodles
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Pineapple Tidbits In Its Own Juice
- 1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Green Lima Beans, drained
- 8 ounces ham or smoked turkey, cut into bite-size strips, cooked
- Cook rice or noodles according to package directions.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. Stir together reserved pineapple juice, maple syrup and cornstarch in large skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Stir in beans, ham and pineapple. Heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
