Maple Butter Tarts with Raisins Recipe

  • 12 (3 inch) prepared tart shells
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Sprinkle raisins into the bottom of each tart shell.
  3. Beat egg, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt together in a bowl until smooth; pour into tart shells to about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until set, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
