- ½ mango, peeled and sliced
- icing sugar, to dust
- ½ lime, juiced and zested
- double cream, to serve
- Place the mango in a bowl and dust heavily with icing sugar.
- Add the lime juice and zest to the bowl and mix. Set aside and allow to marinate for up to ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream in a clean bowl to thicken.
- Transfer the mango to a serving dish and spoon the whipped cream on top to serve
