- 2 cups peeled, pitted, and diced mango
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Place mango pieces, sugar, water, and ice in a food processor or blender, and process until very smooth and frosty.
- Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds or ice cube trays, and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
