Mango Popsicles Recipe

  • 2 cups peeled, pitted, and diced mango
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  1. Place mango pieces, sugar, water, and ice in a food processor or blender, and process until very smooth and frosty.
  2. Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds or ice cube trays, and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
