Mango Pineapple Ice Pops Recipe

  • 2 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 10 wooden craft sticks
  1. Place Reddi-wip, juice, mango, pineapple, sugar and coconut extract in blender container. Blend mixture until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Cover; insert sticks. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove from molds. Serve immediately.
