Mango Daiquiri Recipe

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce curaçao
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until the contents have the consistency of snow. Serve immediately in a large saucer champagne or similar glass, with short straws.
