Mango Coconut Sauce Recipe

  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  1. Place the mangoes into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour the mango puree, coconut milk, heavy cream, and lime juice into a saucepan and blend thoroughly; bring to a boil over medium heat. Serve immediately.
