Mango and chilli pudding Recipe

  • ½ mango, chopped into large cubes
  • 2 pinches of chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 50ml/2fl oz double cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. Place the mango in a bowl and toss with the chilli and sugar. Transfer to a small baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
  3. To serve, place in a warm bowl and drizzle with the cream.
