- ½ mango, chopped into large cubes
- 2 pinches of chilli powder
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 50ml/2fl oz double cream
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Place the mango in a bowl and toss with the chilli and sugar. Transfer to a small baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
- To serve, place in a warm bowl and drizzle with the cream.
