- 2 cups nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 4 gingersnap cookies
- In each of 4 parfait glasses, alternately layer yogurt with oranges and kiwi. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with a gingersnap.
