Mandarin Banana Colada Sorbet Recipe

  • 1/2 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup pina colada mix
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 drops orange food coloring, or as needed
  1. Combine mandarin oranges, sugar, pina colada mix, banana, milk, and food coloring in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until fully combined. Transfer immediately to a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight.
