- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 small onion, cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- Grind cranberries and onion together in a meat grinder or blender into a chunky mixture; transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir sour cream, sugar, and horseradish with the cranberry mixture.
- Put sauce in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
