Maille® Honey Dijon Chicken Recipe

  • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  1. Coat whole chicken with a mixture of Maille(R) Honey Dijon, cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and arrange in an ovenproof casserole.
  3. Brown the chicken, then cover with a lid and let cook for another 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with seasonal vegetables cooked in butter.
