Made Over Meatloaf Recipe

  • 2 cups POST Bran Flakes
  • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix cereal, 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce and egg whites in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  2. Shape into loaf; place on broiler pan lined with foil. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.
