- 3/4 pound sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 6 cups water
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) box spinach
- 2 (1 ounce) envelopes onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- Brown the sirloin over medium heat. Add the other ingredients and cook over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
