Luscious Lemon Parfait Recipe

  • 1 quart DannonĀ® Natural Flavors Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup lemon curd, prepared
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  1. Place six 10-ounce parfait-style glasses on a clean work surface. Into each parfait layer: 1/3 cup yogurt; 2 tablespoons lemon curd; 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers; 1 tablespoon coconut.
  2. Repeat process and serve.
