Low-Fat Cherry Cobbler Recipe

  • 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (20 ounce) can reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt and sugar. Add egg whites; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into yogurt mixture. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon cherry filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
